All deliveries include a processing time which 48 hours, express delivery will be delivered within 3 days and standard delivery can take up to 5 days.

At this moment in time we are UK shipping only but keep your eyes peeled for updates which may change in the near future.

We are so sorry to hear this. While we strive for perfection we are only human and mistakes can sometimes happen! In the event of this occurring please contact us via email and one of our team will rectify this as a matter of urgency! Please include your name, order number and the item which has been sent incorrectly.

Please email this to our customer service team within 24 hours of
receiving your package hannah.dollicious@gmail.com we meticulously check items multiple times before leaving the premises and this may have slipped through the net. Do not remove any labels or tags as this will be hard to determine whether the item has been worn and may go against your favour.

In the unlikely event this has happened please contact our team
via email hannah.dollicious@gmail.com. Please send us a photo of the outer packaging including the postage labels and also your invoice provided inside the bag. All items are weighed prior to leaving the building and this will help us determine whether
it is a genuine mistake or the parcel has been tampered with during transit. We take claims like this extremely seriously! If your invoice has been stamped with ‘out of stock’ you do not need to contact us as a refund will already be on its way to you.

We aim to get items out as quickly as possible for this reason we
are unable to cancel orders once placed. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout (double check!) We cannot be held liable once an item has left the building if the incorrect address has been applied at checkout.

Normally payment is taken immediately but it may not show on your statement for 24 hours.

Currently we do not offer student discounts but keep your eyes
peeled for updates as this may change.

We want all our products to fit our customers perfectly, so we have a general size chart to help with our average sizes. Please refer to our
size chart for more information. Most bikinis are tie, so can be made tighter or looser depending on the fit. All sarongs and headbands are one size only.

For much loved items and bestsellers we aim to restock them every
4-6 weeks, though much of our collections are time limited and change each season. Early purchase is advised to avoid disappointment!

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a refund service it is
exchange only, details on how to exchange an item can be found in the how to process a return.

Unfortunately, once the tags are removed the item is no longer
acceptable for return as we will be unable to determine whether it has been worn or not. Please ensure any products are returned in the condition they arrive without any marks or strong scents and with all labels and packaging intact.

Please return in 14 days take note, orders must be returned within
14 days of receiving your parcel. For example, if you receive your order on the 1st January it needs to be dispatched to us before the 14th January.

Exchanges can take anywhere from 7 days - 30 days to process if
you exchange for an item that is out of stock………

Please download and print off the returns form below. Fill in all
the relevant information and ensure this is placed back inside your parcel
before you send it off.

Please make sure this form is completely filled out to avoid any
delays with fulfilling your return. Items sent without a returns form will not
be eligible for a refund.

Use a tracked service we advise second class tracked as this is
the cheapest available option, and royal mail tracked services are the best options to ship with.
if your item gets lost in transit, unfortunately we can not be held liable for it.
the cost of returning the item to us is made by the customer and is non-refundable.

Please make sure that items are returned in the exact condition in which they are received. Ensure the bikini ties are left open to avoid stretching or damaging the fabric.

Items returned in an unloved way will be refused a refund.

When trying on items, ensure you do not leave any stains. This includes soiling from makeup, fake tan or deodorants.

We request that items are kept in a smoke and pet free environment if a return is being made.

We will not accept any returned items that have been damaged.

We ask that all items are returned in their original Dollicious swimwear bags.

Do not rip open your packaging. Any items returned without this will incur a deductible fee.

If tags are removed , unfortunately your item will be deemed as non-returnable.

For health and safety purposes, please do not remove or tamper with the hygiene label. When trying on bikini bottoms, try to do so over your
underwear.

If an item is missing tags or hygiene stickers, unfortunately we can not accept the return.

Please follow these instructions carefully.

All swimwear must be hand washed separately in cold water using very mild washing detergent.

While all swimwear with accessories can be worn in pool or ocean water they are not intended for strenuous physical water activities or long periods of time in chlorine water.

Direct sunlight and uv as well as oils, sun creams, spas and salt water may cause discolouration to the fabric and accessories.

Due to the nature of the dye in some fabrics, bright colours may fade or bleed.

Do not rip or tear the tags off of your bikinis, headbands or sarongs, please cut with scissors taking extra care not to damage the fabric.

Ripping tags off the bikinis, sarongs and headbands will tear the fabric and will not be eligible for and exchange.

Embellished swimwear and bikinis that have crystals, jewels, links or chains are luxury poolside items only and not intended for water exposure.

If you choose to wear these in water this will be at your own discretion. We will not be held responsible if you choose to ignore our recommendations. Some hardware may seem fine when exposed to water but over time may deteriorate.

Printed garments are cut from a roll of fabric in which occasionally the print may not be in exactly the same place as what is photographed.

For example, a cheetah print may be centralised in a photo but may be slightly to the side on the finished product. This is completely normal to avoid fabric wastage which would otherwise incur higher costs.

Do not iron, tumble dry or machine wash – including the hand wash setting on your appliance. We advise against using a dry clean service as they may not be aware of the fabric compositions and steam could lead to damage to your item. Hand wash only in cold water with a mild washing detergent.
